I recently acquired this and am looking to learn more about it. Any help would be much appreciated!

The print title is difficult to read for me but the signature reads 'Ichiyûsai Shigenobu ga' (一幽斎重宣画). Shigenobu was the first artist name of Utagawa Hiroshige (1826-1869).
Publisher is Maruya Jinpachi (circular seal at the bottom). The combined 'aratame' censor seal (middle right) and date seal (just above the publisher's mark) indicate the date of publication, 12th month 1856.

Your print is by Shigenobu (signed Ichiryusai Shigenobu ga) (aka Hiroshige II). It is the right panel of a triptych. The complete triptych is for sale on eBay at the link below:
