Subject:Qing Dynasty Guangxu Period

Found this wonderful piece in Hai Phong last week. I paid a little over $100 and think it is well worth the price.
A colleague, who was of Chinese decent said the inscription on the bottom indicates Qing Dynasty Guangxu Period. It is in excellent condition and has a very interesting scene. It is obviously an opium water pipe.
Should I insure this for more?

If you could post an image of the "inscription" and exterior photos as clear as the background in these, we might get to the starting point for meaningful responses.

I found it in a little hole in the wall tea shop that NO westerner would have gone into. It was in a little hutch and they didn't want to sell it.

There is staining in the porcelain, lots of staining inside, due to use, and the metal on the top shows considerable patina and there are layers of residue on the lid.

I have added more images.
If in the end it is a worthless little piece of ceramic I don't care. I like it and that is all that matters.

"not wanting to sell" is a well known ruse to lift the price higher than its normal value.
This looks like the body of an opium pipe to me.
Unfortunately, this specific shape of the jar is an early Qing shape, while the mark says it is Guangxu. The blue color is most likely 20th century.
