Subject:Not sure if Chinese or not Never seen anything like it

I have four similar to these. I was told they came from a person who was posted to China and Korea. I purchased them quite a while ago and have been unable to find anything like them. If anyone can help identify which country they are from, their age, and anything else you can think of.

I am hoping someone would know this design -- Chinese, Japanese, Korean?
Thank you so much

Stylistically, the motif on your dish looks to be Japanese and to depict the "Tekkai Sennin" (鐵拐仙人), the latter term meaning "Iron Crutch Immortal", who is the Japanese version of the Daoist Immortal, Li Tieguai (李鐵拐). Here the deity appears to be creating a curative cloud of "Reishi" (靈芝 - Lingzhi in Chinese), the "Mushroom of Immortality", meant to relieve the ills of his following among the wretched of the world.

Here are links to other sources of information related to the motif. Perhaps one of the contributors on Japanese porcelains can verify my speculation that the dish may date at least to the late 19th-early 20th century.
