I can't even tell what this is supposed to be. I do see a small ying/yang symbol near what I think is the signature. Can anyone translate the artist's name? Many thanks.

not just a poster, seems to be a painting and quite striking. artist's name is in the lower right corner but I am not confident I have the name right as Google returns nothing obviously relevant for what I read: Wu? Qianzhang 武千章
