Subject:Pair of Chinese painitngs

I've the chance to purchase a pair of Chinese paintings. I believe these are done on silk. Condition seems pretty ok other than one of the frames has come loose. Any information on the seals, artists, age, history etc would be received with thanks. Regards

not much practical information here--no date or artist's name--and the artist's seal is using a pen name which seems to read Foshu.
