Posted By: Bill H Mon, Jan 30, 2017 This is an example of late 20th century transfer-ware that was decorated at factories in Hong Kong and Macao in the style of rose medallion and mandarin motifs on porcelains painted at workshops in Guangzhou (old Canton) during the 19th and early 20th centuries. The apocryphal mark in the double circle says "Made during the Guangxu Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty". |
