Subject:Tokuriki Tomikichiro Print Identification

Hi, first time posting here!

I was hoping to find some information about a print. I have a Tokuriki Tomikichiro print that I cant find any information about on any site. I have uploaded the full image. An image with the title? and signature along with Uchida seal. And a third enhanced image with just the signature and seal. (The red seal is pretty faded)

Ive tried looking on multiple databases of his work and cant seem to locate an image or name. I thought it might be rare although I know his output of work was great.

Thanks in advance, any help would be greatly appreciated!

being the first time ive used this site I wasnt sure how long it should take before getting a response? If I havent seen anybody respond by now should I just assume that no one has seen this print before? Just curious! thanks
