Help indentifying japanese print

Are you sure it is a print?

What are the dimensions? What kind of mount (if any)? Can you show the back of the print?

The signature and seal read In Chinese Mei Bang; in Japanese BI HO, both generally meaning "beautiful country".

The aesthetic appears to me to be Japanese, but many Chinese painters of the Lingnan school studied in Japan, or were influenced by artists who had. The shape (squareish) may indicate a 20th century date.
