Message I'll defer on the other more cursive script, but the black characters and red mark in the first image both translate as 'Dragon Peak'. If you care to show the rest of the image, perhaps someone will be able to fathom whether this is a Chinese, Japanese or Korean painting. The 'Dragon' character seems to be a variant.
