I am hoping someone can help transcribing the writing on a 1954 New Year's postcard by the artist Yamagishi Kazue. For the front of the card I have transcribed everything other than the writing to the right of the straw horse, as follows:
賀正元旦 松籟荘画室 山岸主計 神奈川縣藤澤市 鵠沼七三二七 近藤內. I'd appreciate confirmation of my transcription along with a transcription of the writing in the upper right. For the back of the card a transcription and translation of the artist's greeting would be most appreciated.
