The bottom bears a mark of "Wan Yu" (玩玉 - "Jade Trinket"). While the mark was used during the Kangxi Reign (1662-1722), your rice pattern bowls with painted and gilt embellishments probably are no older than the early 20th century and perhaps were made much more recently.
This is a very popular Chinese dish design and has been around since at least the late Qing period, albeit with variations. Here's a Guangxu mark & period presentation bowl about the same size as yours with interior decoration of an egret in a lotus marsh and a wish for "Successive Promotions" (Yi Lu Lian Sheng - 弌路連陞). The upper rim has a "Three Friends of Winter" motif on the outside, while the inside features "Bats Amidst Clouds" and the base is bordered by lotus leaves.
Best regards,
