Posted By: Bill H Wed, Nov 07, 2018 Your censer could be Qing but apparently isn't Ming, since its mark of "Made during the Xuande Reign of the Great Ming Dynasty" has an extra stroke in the "De" character that wasn't present in period marks. Compare 徳 and 德, the former having been used in the period (1426-35). |
