Can you help me read, date and translate the red kanjis in these 3 scenes which could be part of an ad for a town or a region...

They are titles,
Left, (Reading from right to left)
北斎 黄金の花 Hokusai, Kogane no hana - Flowers of gold
Middle,
南山 夜半の月  ‘Nanzan, Yahan no tsuki - Mid-night moon
Right,
朝の雪 Asa no yuki A snowy morning
(Illegibly smudged seal)
