WOULD LIKE INFO ON POEM AND ARTIST. PURCHASED BEIJING 1996. 44 INCHES HIGH. 10 FEET LONG.

Picture of Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) Fairy Land
In the Summer Month of the Year of Fire-Rat (1996)
The sideways lining up cloud streams in autumn wind with pines and cliffs painted by
Ruoming at Beijing
I am not sure about the reading of the first character (Ruo ?) in the given name.

However, a clear magnified image of the seal might help decipher the full name of artist.

I'm not sure the image of the stamp came through on the Yellow Mountain large w/c. i will try again to send.

蒼 Cang indeed seems to be the surname, but the given name differs from the 明 of the inscription, and instead might be 聖 Sheng. 印 means "seal of"
A quick online search doesn't yield any hits for me though.

thanks! at some point in the past I was given the artists name as Tsang Ming. as for the poem i was told it reads: "Paradise of the Yellow Mountain, Waterfall, Pine Trees on Cliffs, Wind and Mist. Painted in Summer by Tsang Ming in Beijing".
make any sense?
