Subject:Old Chinese Zodiac Scroll Painting
Posted By: Ric Arevalo Mon, Oct 13, 2014 IP: 112.208.125.232 Was entrusted with a neglected scroll painting when my father died.. Neglected as it was just left on his stockroom corner for so many tears.. |

These are almost always by anonymous professional painters. the seal is partial and hard to make out but suggests an institutional affiliation, perhaps a temple or the place where this scroll was sold at some point? It's not an artist's seal. I can't offer a date with any confidence. First half 20th century perhaps, but could possibly be 19th. |
