Subject:rat, a translation puzzle that perhaps you can easily solve?

These are cloisonne box labels from sometime between the 1960s and 1990s, and it would be nice to know which decade.
Does the export stamp or whatever is it provide any sort of clue?
And is the red logo some sort of seal script?

Thank you.

nothing so fancy, the round seal below the numbers is a label indicating the color scheme of the object originally in the box, literally "deep pine yellow", whatever that is. The box may be more recent than the 1990s, the chances of it predating the 1980s are almost nil I would think.

...evidence of what kind of cloisonne JingFa actually produced in the 1960s and how the Cultural Revolution affected production.

BTW, did that squiggly red logo on the box label look like anything? Is the design based upon some sort of seal script characters?

Again, thank you for taking the time to reply.

I can't be much help in the cloisonne department unfortunately. The seal on the cover just reads something like "skilled handicraft manufacturers" 手工精製

Hi, rat:

Can the round seal on the box be the name of the person who checked and approved the cloisonne piece before its sales?

Reading from right to left:

黃松深

Cheer.

Super

Yes, I was wondering that too, but the characters came up as one of a large palette of factory colors on a couple of websites when I ran them through Google.
