Stylistically and from the spur mark(s?) on bottom looks like Japanese, early-to-mid-20th century, possibly transfer-decorated, pattern of a koi pond beneath wisteria with birds. If that's an incised mark in the middle, a clear enlargement may be translatable.

Best regards,

Bill H.

There is no mark, and i found one similar on ebay that had the exact same design on back that sold for 750.00$ what would be your guess on the worth of this one

The design on the back isn't what sells a dish like this. You may have been looking at a true antique hand-painted charger that sold for $750 on eBay. Yours is an early-to-mid-20th century transfer-decorated piece, which usually is a less desirable format. Here are a couple of auction results, one for a charger similar to yours and another for one that seems to be just like it. As you can see from the selling prices, neither one is very close to $750.

Sold $150:

Sold £40 = 62.4375 USD:
